    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;The route a parcel takes is at the shippers discretion and QVC has no control over it.&amp;nbsp; Sometimes it defies logic but often involves going through their distribution centers.&amp;nbsp; I recently had one sit in Phoenix for 7 days.&amp;nbsp; I'm only 1 day by truck from Phoenix so why didn't they get it on the road?&amp;nbsp; Sometimes it's best to not check tracking as it's just upsetting.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am trying to understand why an order placed 9-16 &amp;nbsp;went out of PA to NJ, onward to San Francisco 9/18 ( I live in northern CA) then back it goes to PA on 9-20 where it remains as of today. &amp;nbsp;Just doesn't make any sense. Not sure I will ever get it!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
