Moderators - Error Message

The past few days, on some occasions when I try to log out of the community, I get this message:

Request Entity Too Large

The requested resource
/t5/community/page.logoutpage
does not allow request data with POST requests, or the amount of data provided in the request exceeds the capacity limit.

Clearly, something is wrong. Can you report it to the IT team? It's frustrating not to be able to simply log out!

I'm getting this sometimes, too - both on my iPad and my desktop PC. Different operating systems, the only thing in common is QVC. What gives?

There is another thread about this. It's been going on for a few days and moderators have sent notice to IT and so far nothing has changed

9/6 and it's still not fixed. But if you click on it a few times then go to the forums, you're signed in. At least that's what's happening with my computer

I hadn't seen another thread on this, so forgive the duplication. I just got this message again and all I was trying to do was post a reply on another thread.

The error message was coming when trying to sign in.

Now tonight is each time I try to reload a page.

The site is crawling. Taking forever to load.

Please have IT look into this.

@AnjalenaQVC I've been experiencing this problem as well. Tonight is the worst yet. I'm totally unable to access the QVC forums on my ipad, getting the error message every time. Before it was just when I was trying to sign in, but now I can't even read the forums on the ipad. What in the heck is going on? Thank heavens I can still get on via PC!

Hi @shoesnbags and @hennypenny

We checked the Qvc website and it is working perfectly. There may be an issue on your side. Here are some tips to help get your pc working fine:

Do restart pc instead of logoff
clear internet files (choose internet options from browser menu and click on delete window below browser details
clear temp pc files – click on Start button and in search window type “ temp”, click enter and delete everything from temp folder
for internet connectivity issue contact local internet provided
restart modem/router if necessary

Anjalena. Your ditecannot be working perfectly if this is happening to so many. I am using an IPhone and my operating system is up today’s. This is only happening with QVC

And yet some people aren't experiencing problems at all. I suppose it would help if folks having the problem established their commonalities; then Q could take it from there.

@AnjalenaQVC - It seems odd that so many of us, on different platforms, in different locations, using different browsers are having these issues suddenly. The common factor seems to be the QVC website. I'm certainly not having the issue elsewhere.

As to the suggestions, I do pretty much all of those things each night.
