      <description>&lt;P&gt;Isn't it possible to see the different color selections any more when you click on a color ? Quacker Factory show I reviewed and of course the video is running, but, when you click &amp;nbsp;on a color your interested in.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Nothing.....nothing changes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This website isn't conducive&amp;nbsp;to happy shopping.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Measurements are hard to read in everyday terms, color choices don't come up, etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;People at the top needs to know what's going on if you give me an&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;address I will gladly send or write and &amp;nbsp;inform them .&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was having trouble viewing&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;A341789 from the 9a.m. show and&amp;nbsp;A341778&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;after I make a suggestion they magically start working again. funny that.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I don't understand why they can't put measurements up in inches instead of that complicated engineering lingo.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I click on 'click here', Ok, then, there's this lingo instead of size large equals&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;44 in bust it's 22.5 &amp;nbsp;huh? &amp;nbsp;"seam going from under the arm &amp;nbsp;to such and such". Other websites don't do that.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;One time I was told to multiply times 2 the lingo words. Shouldn't have to get out my calculator to see what 22.5x2 equals in inches.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;QVC is a hard place to shop all the &amp;nbsp;nuts and bolts need tweaking.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;sometimes the video's don't work, colors don't change.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Doesn't encourage one to want to spend their money here.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I contacted Gary Goben and&amp;nbsp; Louis Del Orio and they all said it was up to some kind of dept and they didn't have any say so in it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sounds like the Royals of England. If you want a peanut butter sandwich it has to go thru 6 or 7 channels.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'll look at my receipts and see what I can glean off of them as to which ear&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;needs to be bent. Research the internet. Somebody needs to know how to improve their service in order to improve profits.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The bust measurements you referenced are one of my favorite things a clothier can list; I have a large chest and often&amp;nbsp;encounter fit issues when all that is listed is a letter from&amp;nbsp;a traditional sizing chart. Knowing the precise distance from underam seam to seam helps me know whether the garment will be fitted or loose or tent-like over my chest, and it allows me to determine whether I'll need to size up or down to keep the right proportions. Offering multiple ways to share details about clothing sizes seems like a benefit rather than a detriment.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;on 4-10-20 I returned&amp;nbsp; 6519177247 - wrong size was sent-your confirmation received 4/30 but no refunds. I kept being charged. Finally talked to representative and a refund was made, but last charge of $9.50 was not refunded. your rep said it would drop off but it hasnt. Hope this an be cleared up.Account XXXX-3735. Because of wrong size I was told full refund would be made and it was noted on return slip.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
