Isn't it possible to see the different color selections any more when you click on a color ? Quacker Factory show I reviewed and of course the video is running, but, when you click on a color your interested in.

Nothing.....nothing changes.

This website isn't conducive to happy shopping.

Measurements are hard to read in everyday terms, color choices don't come up, etc.

People at the top needs to know what's going on if you give me an

address I will gladly send or write and inform them .

Hi @SharkE is it a particular item and if so may I have the item number. I checked a few of the items and am not having a problem with the colors coming up.

I was having trouble viewing A341789 from the 9a.m. show and A341778

after I make a suggestion they magically start working again. funny that.

I don't understand why they can't put measurements up in inches instead of that complicated engineering lingo.

I click on 'click here', Ok, then, there's this lingo instead of size large equals

44 in bust it's 22.5 huh? "seam going from under the arm to such and such". Other websites don't do that.

One time I was told to multiply times 2 the lingo words. Shouldn't have to get out my calculator to see what 22.5x2 equals in inches.

QVC is a hard place to shop all the nuts and bolts need tweaking.

sometimes the video's don't work, colors don't change.

Doesn't encourage one to want to spend their money here.

I contacted Gary Goben and Louis Del Orio and they all said it was up to some kind of dept and they didn't have any say so in it.

Sounds like the Royals of England. If you want a peanut butter sandwich it has to go thru 6 or 7 channels.

I'll look at my receipts and see what I can glean off of them as to which ear

needs to be bent. Research the internet. Somebody needs to know how to improve their service in order to improve profits.

@SharkE - There are other websites that offer this specific level of sizing, and I actually appreciate it when they do (and when QVC does). The bust measurements you referenced are one of my favorite things a clothier can list; I have a large chest and often encounter fit issues when all that is listed is a letter from a traditional sizing chart. Knowing the precise distance from underam seam to seam helps me know whether the garment will be fitted or loose or tent-like over my chest, and it allows me to determine whether I'll need to size up or down to keep the right proportions. Offering multiple ways to share details about clothing sizes seems like a benefit rather than a detriment.

waist not so important

Hip is good to know sometimes in a 'L' it can vary from 42 to 50

Shouldn't be to hard. Christopher Banks can do it, Amazon can do it.

I check measurements on everything and have become so accustomed to them that reading them is like second nature. Theyve saved me many a sizing disaster.

Hi. I need your HELP ASAP. I just received a package I've waiting for but received all wrong items....never ordered them.

I received the right packing slip but received Diamonique necklace and bracelet. I bought these as birthday presents and they are expensive. Please follow up on this as quickly as possible as I have tried calling but either get put on hold of just get disconnected. Please call me when you have an answer as I feel there is no excuse for the lack of quality control. Thanking you in advance to hopefully getting this situation corrected and what it anything I need to do

I cant get a human being because either I am hung up before I am in the queue or I cant even get into the queue to wait. This is incredibly annoying since its been happening all week!!

I have updated my phone number and 4 digit pin twice yet when I go through automated ordering it tells me the numbers arent recognized

I cant speak to someone regarding easy pay orders. I paid them on 4/29 and they still show not paid.

I click on a specific order to pay it then the next page I get is a list of the clothes assigned to the order not a place to pay.

I do not know why QVC makes it so frustrating to update account information and pay my EZ Pay

can someone PLEASE assist me with this

Hi Kim. I sent a message regarding the wrong order that I received on May 1st with my order numbers You replied that you would look into it and directly E-Mail me. So far I haven't heard back from you. I finally reached a customer service rep on the First and explained my situation. She told me that I would receive my correct items on Monday May 4th which I didn't know how she was going to do that unless she was going to overnight them but as I thought.....I didn't receive them. Could you please follow up on this for me.

on 4-10-20 I returned 6519177247 - wrong size was sent-your confirmation received 4/30 but no refunds. I kept being charged. Finally talked to representative and a refund was made, but last charge of $9.50 was not refunded. your rep said it would drop off but it hasnt. Hope this an be cleared up.Account XXXX-3735. Because of wrong size I was told full refund would be made and it was noted on return slip.
