    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I looked at the lamp with pics online. I see on the bottom where you can replace the batteries. Don't know if there is a bulb inside that provides the light or how you would replace it when it goes out? That should be listed in the description. You should not have to ask that question.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;It's like trying to find the ingredients of a beauty product before you buy it &amp;amp; have to search online to find the answer.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When products are shown and questions are asked, why aren't those questions answered. It is a constant problem for the consumer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For example, today VPH has a mosaic lamp, it says it requires 3 batteries but no answer to the question how the light is provided. The question was asked by a customer but there has been no reply, and no mention about how the light was provided online, or in the video, or if the source was replaceable. The item number is H216554.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Answering such questions would avoid returns and improve customer relationship. Recently I had to return an item of hers because it would be useless when the lights burnt out and could not be replaced. Thus the product was not a bargain and a one shot deal and cost me money for shipping and returning. This is an experience I do not want to repeat and will not purchase products from vendors who do not respond to &lt;EM&gt;important information for the customer to know before buying.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Here is what they said "The lightbulb is not replaceable. The shade is sealed and you insert batteries in the base of the shade"&lt;/P&gt;</description>
