    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I signed up for&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;UPS My Choice&lt;/STRONG&gt;, so I could get email notification for deliveries. There is a three hour delivery window, so I have some idea when packages will arrive. Most come on the scheduled day and time. &amp;nbsp;I’ve only had a few delays, and always received a change of delivery notice when that happened.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Shipping woes</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have three linea items that show they are in progress or have been delivered by UPS. I don’t have any of the items at my home. This is so frustrating. I ordered them over two weeks ago and I still don’t have them. What is wrong with this UPS sure post and transferring items to the wrong city, to the wrong department, or been stuck in the middle of the country. I am just so frustrated that I’m ready to stop ordering from QVC. Does anyone else have this issue?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;UPS seems to have really gone downhill.&amp;nbsp; I find that a good part of the time they don't update the tracking so you have no idea what the status of your package is.&amp;nbsp; Twice recently in a one week period, the post office claimed that a package arrived at their premises destroyed and they make a big deal about throwing out the packaging.&amp;nbsp; How do you suppose they destroyed a plastic garment bag and a pair of pants?&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Does anyone else have this issue?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;HR /&gt;&lt;/BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/9525"&gt;@Purseone&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; I understand your frustration and have had some of the same issues with the item showing it had been delivered by UPS only to discover the tracking number may have been recycled (used again sometimes within a year) by the shipper.&amp;nbsp; Eventually, the package starts moving and I can see the progress...while others have shown they are in progress only to be delivered a couple of day later or I receive a notice they have shipped one day before they arrive...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Lately, some of my packages have been mis sorted (according to UPS) and may be delayed while other packages have been received by my local post office and them I see the item in transit back to it's original location...LOL...I contacted UPS and they said they can't control the use of tracking numbers that is the shipper choice...I will say that I have never lost a package and all arrived within the estimated delivery date.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/33396"&gt;@ Montana&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; I also have the UPS MyChoice and it is a great service that will allow upgrades but there are times when UPS Surepost items don't upgrade (especially when there is a recycled tracking number used).&amp;nbsp; Overall, it is a good service and allows me to get most packages one day earlier...&lt;/P&gt;</description>
