      <description>&lt;P&gt;Of course making money keeps them in business like any other business. It could be more customer friendly. I've had a couple recent orders cancelled by them for no given reason. At least I was never informed of a reason.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I’ve noticed I can cancel orders within a fairly generous timeframe, I.e., order something at night but then cancel early next morning if I change my mind. I don’t do it often, but have been able to. Where I’ve noticed cancellation is impossible is for a waitlisted item changes to in process. Cancelling an item at that point is impossible.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I don't think we are shopping at the same place. I doubt there are few Q customer's who cancel as many orders or return as much as I do, although I buy a lot too. I am notified via email that my return is on it's way and my account is credited PDQ. Granted I live close to where the packages are returned.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Buyers remorse affects us all at one time or another. &amp;nbsp;It really stinks when you can't cancel what you thought you wanted, but anger is on you and only you. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The last time I tried to cancel a order and couldn't, I was issued a full refund when I returned it. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best wishes that all your emergencies settle down soon.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
