Wrong size sent?

I ordered a LOGO jogger pant in size L and they sent me an XL. They are enormous. I want to confirm I will not be charged the $6.95 fee for using the return label? I don't want to exchange, I had wanted them for a trip and won't get the new ones in time.

thanks Beth. I will send an email now but it is too late to send out correct ones, I am leaving on my trip tomorrow; I was just packing now and noticed the wrong size. I just want to return these and not be charged the return shipping cost.
