Price Adjustment Wen 32 Oz Seasonal CC with NBT

Beth - Can you help me get a price adjustment for the WEN 32 oz Seasonal CC with NBT orders that I have on advance order? They were $69.96 on 5/19. I called Customer Service and they couldn't help me. I have 4 STP's and 1 Cherry Blossom on Advance Order. I also have one that was on waitist that just went to in process.

Edited to add that I purchased 3 of these sets on 5/19 for $69.96 and my request by phone with Customer Service and this post was in the 30 day time period.

Others on the WEN forum have received this adjustment.

@Anonymous I posted the numbers a few minutes ago... don't know what happened to my post so here it is again...

The item number for my purchases on 5/19 was A343939. The WEN item I purchased on 5-24 had the same item number. A346530 and A346531 are item numbers for my purchases on 6-13 and 6-14 respectively.

Yes, I don't know the exact particulars of the price adjustment policy. I don't know if you have to have purchased the item and then within a 30 day period purchase it again or if you can ask for a price adjustment for an item you purchase because you know that it was cheaper within a 30 day time period.

The 30 day time period starts the day it item was at the lower price.

I thought the one-day-only prices were just for one day? That's great if you can get an adjustment within a 30-day period.

@San Antonio Gal, QVC does price adjustments as long as you notify them within 30 days I believe. I have had items I purchase go on clearance and I called them and received an adjustment. I don't know if this works for ODO's.

@San Antonio Gal This item wasn't an one-day-only... I still haven't received my ODO from 6-2, it's on backorder
