      <title>Receiving someone’s return</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just received two&amp;nbsp; pairs of Earth Sandals&amp;nbsp; : KRISTEN&amp;nbsp; A304187- in Black and Olive. &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Had my first issue with the order when it was stated the "special offer would expire June 8th . "&amp;nbsp; I hurried and ordered only to find the next day on June 9th,&amp;nbsp; this shoe&amp;nbsp; was the same exact price as the day before , but now with free shipping and four easy pays.&amp;nbsp; Of course it was too late to cancel and re-order.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Called and was told nothing could be done about the easy pays , however the shipping would be credited to my account in a few days.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Today I received the two pairs of sandals , and upon opening the box with the Black pair, it was obviously a return as there was no packaging , shoe inserts, etc, as had been with a previous pair ordered or with the olive pair received today.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I picked up the shoes , to look for signs of wear /having been tried on , to find they were ripped loose and hanging out&amp;nbsp; all the way down the middle of the shoe.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Surely QVC can do better than this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/37356"&gt;@2blonde&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for bringing this up.&amp;nbsp; I have had the same experience at HSN.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; They are&amp;nbsp; wonderful and did ship out a replacement immediately and waived shipping when I had an issue with an order.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was sent out the wrong size in a pair of DG2 jeans and they did not require they receive the wrong item back prior to sending out the correct size that I had ordered. They were anxious to make things right for the customer- ASAP.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You have a time frame in which they require you to return the item- but it is more than generous.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Rec'd something broken, they immediately shipped another, all I had to do was print out something to put in the return box, and hand to the UPS guy, who had the return label with him.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Think after 30 days they would have billed me for the second shipment. Great experience.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
