    <description>&lt;P&gt;Now I have received notification that the order can't be filled.&amp;nbsp; I was told&amp;nbsp;one pair will not be shipped.&amp;nbsp; I went to the site to cancel both and it won't let me stating they are in process.&amp;nbsp; How do I cancel or is there now an update?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ordered shoes as TSV May 23rd.&amp;nbsp; They were not on backorder or waitlist at the time.&amp;nbsp; Need both pairs for one person as they wear two sizes.&amp;nbsp; One is on backorder and one is in process.&amp;nbsp; I don't understand this at all.&amp;nbsp; I guess I should cancel both as I don't need one pair without the other.&amp;nbsp; This has been a week already.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
