      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I turned over my return the the Post Office 2 days ago of which it showed a scan of being received there in my &lt;SPAN class="mce-spellchecker-word"&gt;QVC&lt;/SPAN&gt; Account. I had also had the USPS send me constant updates on the tracking for this particular package and the tracking has stopped with them because it was given over to the logistics carrier to return back to &lt;SPAN class="mce-spellchecker-word"&gt;QVC&lt;/SPAN&gt;. However there are 2 more scans from the USPS that show up on their site that is NOT showing up on the &lt;SPAN class="mce-spellchecker-word"&gt;QVC&lt;/SPAN&gt; site. In fact there hasn't&amp;nbsp;been an update on the tracking status of my return on the &lt;SPAN class="mce-spellchecker-word"&gt;QVC&lt;/SPAN&gt; site since 2 days ago. Why hasn't&amp;nbsp;the website added the last 2 scans that the post office showed to my account tracking. It should have updated by now by it hasn't..       <description>&lt;P&gt;You just brought it to the Post Office 2 days ago?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have never had daily changes in the tracking info. available on my QVC returns info page.&amp;nbsp; It shows it was picked up...then nothing...then boom!&amp;nbsp; Info appears.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I think you are expecting too much.&amp;nbsp; I doubt anything is wrong...it is just how poorly this third party carrier is!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I brought something to the PO a full week ago and it hasn't even been picked up yet!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You are doing better than me!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I cant speak for anyone else but normally for me in my account when there would be an update from the Post Office or other carrier, I would also see one in my QVC account.. especially within 2 days.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I am sorry that this has not been the case for you, I can only give an account of what has been the norm for me in my account. And this particular order has gone wrong right from the get go so I am a bit concerned but not enough to be stir crazy over it, (yet). There is always the risk of loss or theft once in the hands of the carriers.. When I phoned customer service I was told that QVC allows 12 business days for a return to arrive andbe processed. On the 13th day I phoned customer service back and was given a credit. Thank goodness I did not just drop off the package in the lobby drop box, usually I do but being the cost of the piece of jewelry I wanted a receipt. Being the parcel was never scanned in the receipt was the only thing that saved what could have been a nightmare. So, I understand keeping track of the coming and goings of your orders. If still not showing as delivered give it the 12 business days give customer service a call.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And customers should remember, even though on the return paperwork it states if using prepaid return label can drop in mailbox, though that is fine and good it is no proof of return if not scanned in. It may take a few more minutes but clerk receipt of the return is the best peace of mind.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;well mine was updated... BUT I am super ****** off.. I had made 2 payments already on my Diamonique 2ct Marquise 14KT ring.. well I had to send it back since a prong broke and stone fell out.. and thankfully I got the stone.. but anyways I sent it back the day after it happened because it happened at night.. well took forever to get&amp;nbsp; to the return place for jewelry which is different from where the other stuff&amp;nbsp; goes. well anyways I have been waiting and waiting and have been following the process on QVC.com website.. well anyways I look a few hours ago and all the sudden I see the order was cancelled.. and it said order refunded. well I did the live chat with a customer service rep to find out what the heck happened and they had no answers.. I said the item was in stock and therefore the item should've been shipped out to me.. I told them I'd already made 2 payments and I was not happy.. well they said they had refunded the order of what was paid&amp;nbsp; so far and then asked if I wanted to reorder the ring?? REALLY?? yes I do and WHY&amp;nbsp; would I have to start all over with payments and all when it was QVC's SCREW UP?? oh and BTW did I mention that when I recieved the item that I originally ordered I opened the package (bubble package type thing) and there is a box that says Diamonique on it.. I open up that box expecting to see a ring box.. But I SEE A BAGGIE ... one like what would come in a delivery of a furniture item you have to put the screws into the different places.. 20 years ago I recieved a ring from QVC for my birthday and it was Diamonique and It came in a bubble package and there as a box and then a ring box and I opened up that to see a ring.. What the heck has happened&amp;nbsp; to QVC?? It's seriously not the station I watched 20 years ago....&lt;/P&gt;</description>
