    <description>&lt;P&gt;I ordered the TSV Tankini and paid for 2-day shipping so it wouldn't be handled by UPS and then USPS.&amp;nbsp; I waited for an email from QVC saying it had been shipped with the&amp;nbsp;tracking number being uncluded.&amp;nbsp; It never came.&amp;nbsp; I signed in to QVC to check my order status and found out it had been shipped.&amp;nbsp; However, there is absolutely no shipping information included other than it's been shipped UPS and showing how its&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;been moving.&amp;nbsp; No tracking number what-so-ever is showing.&amp;nbsp; I do not want to have to sign in to QVC everytime I want to track it.&amp;nbsp; What's the deal with this?&amp;nbsp; QVC is making matters worse with all their changes.&amp;nbsp; I must say I'm not fond of what's going on.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="3" color="#339966"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Yes, you would think after paying much more for 2 day shipping you would have a tracking no.&amp;nbsp; Even with UPS/USPS, you have to guess at the day it will be delivered.&amp;nbsp; I am extremely upset with the Cancelling procedure being changed to immediately.&amp;nbsp; How ridiculous is that?&amp;nbsp; &lt;FONT color="#ff0000"&gt;You would think the Q wants to retain customers not turn them away.&lt;/FONT&gt;&amp;nbsp; Time will tell.&amp;nbsp;&lt;img id="cattongue" class="emoticon emoticon-cattongue" src="https://community.qvc.com/i/smilies/16x16_cat-tongue.png" alt="Cat Tongue" title="Cat Tongue" /&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
