    <description>&lt;P&gt;QVC Social Team Moderators, please pass this information on to your IT department, I am very sure you are losing sales to this technical glitch!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What is wrong:&amp;nbsp; When a customer clicks on the "Items Recently On Air" tab under the "Shop QVC TV" tab, &lt;U&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;IF the website selects the customer's time zone&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/U&gt;, the page will not load properly, it goes into a constant re-load cycle and never displays products.&amp;nbsp; The customer cannot even manually select the time zone, one must click away from the website and then come back to see if they can get the site to work the second time.&amp;nbsp; &lt;U&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;IF the website defaults to the Eastern time zone,&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/U&gt; there is no problem, the page loads, and the customer can select any past program, as displayed to the left of the screen, to view products from that show.&amp;nbsp; The problem is with the time zone selection and designation.&amp;nbsp; This problem is NOT anything the customer can fix by re-booting or clearing cookies or browser history, there have been repeated customer reports saying these "fixes" were tried without result.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please, please, please quit blaming your customers and their devices and take a look at your time zone designation code, there is a bug in there that is costing your company sales!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you so much Camille! I've complained and so have others. It's definitely a QVC issue. Along with everything else I've tried on my end, I'm in CST but it won't even let me change to EST so the issue stops. It won't load on my cell phone either or my work computer. No doubt QVC is losing some sales over this as well.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
