    <description>&lt;P&gt;I once had a Q package "never arrive" ... I blamed it on a post office employee helping themselves to my D&amp;amp;Co outfit.&amp;nbsp; Fortunately, QVC was kind enough to resend with no questions asked.&amp;nbsp; I joked with Q's customer service that "some girl is looking good in MY outfit."&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I ordered a pendant and chain that supposedly shipped on August 30, 2017.&amp;nbsp; There was no tracking and I never got it.&amp;nbsp; And of course it sold out. QVC refunded my money, but where the heck is it?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I talk quite a bit with the folks at the post office and they said that I would be surprised at the volume of stuff that, for whatever reason, gets damaged or lost and never makes it to the final destination or back to the sender.&amp;nbsp; Wonder what they do with all of it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Believe it or not, the other day I received 2 pieces of mail (bills) from the USPS that were 3 months old!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Who knows where they'd been for those 3 months, there were no clues on the envelopes, such as being delivered to the wrong address, etc.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I sent an envelope to Ohio (certified mail) on March 6th.&amp;nbsp; It was important information in regards to my mother-in-law who had recently passed away. I followed the tracking information which stopped on March 31st.&amp;nbsp; It is obviously lost in the mail...never delivered or returned to us.&amp;nbsp; UGH!&amp;nbsp; FedEx from now on...&lt;/P&gt;</description>
