Waitlist Order

I ordered two of Denim & Co. Active French Terry Ikat Printed Pull-on Skort, they were on waitlist. I just checked the item this morning and the Red multi was in stock. Why was this in stock and I was not sent my order? What is up with that? Very upset that my waitlist was ignored!!!!!!! Now will I every receive my other skort that is on waitlist, probably not. Very disappointed in QVC!!!!!!!

Hi @tampalady I am so sorry that happened. I do not know when stock became available, however it does have to be loaded in the system before a Waitlist can be filled, that is the way the system is set up. I did notice you did place a new order. As for the other skort, I am afraid I do not have any information as to when it will be available.

I thought I would let you know that my second skort has just shipped to me. Happy that I will be getting the two that I ordered.

Thanks for the reply to me, I was just a little bit upset because this has never happened to me with waitlist.
