      <description>&lt;P&gt;During the March 1st Silver day I ordered (2)&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;UltraFine Silver Polished Snake 24" Necklaces with the intention on giving them to two different people as gifts.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;When the shipment arrived both necklaces were tossed into (1) cloth jewelry bag, and then into the jewelry box.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Now I am stuck looking for an alternate box or method to use when giving the gifts as they will be opened together.&amp;nbsp; I cannot give one gift in the cloth bag and QVC box, and the second in what ever box I find.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I tried to call customer service and asked if this was going to be a standard procedure in the future when ordering multiple items. There are times I order 4-5 identical items for gifts and I don't want them tossed into one box. CS could not answer, however they waived shipping cost on 1 item.&amp;nbsp; Not really the response I needed.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Has anyone had this happen?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just edited my post to reflect that Customer Service did credit me for the cost of 1 shipping when I contacted them.&amp;nbsp; That really didn't solve the issue though.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You could buy a small gift bag and put tissue paper in the bag. Maybe you could buy a small box from Target of Walmart. I know this is an inconvenience but I guess you have no other option.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;First, yes, I was initially charged two shipping charges. After receipt I called CS and they could not send out the cloth bag and box, so they credited me for shipping on one necklace.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, I realize QVC has no way of knowing the purchases were gifts. However, when presenting the items the host are always suggesting if you can afford it to pick up multiples for gifts. For the last 20 years I have been buying multiple items together on the same order and each item has always been packaged individually.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was interested to see if this was happening to anyone else. Or was this a onetime error on someone’s part and should I expect this to happen in the future.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
