    <description>&lt;P&gt;I sent a return back, paying postage myself, on 3/13/18 via the USPS.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The tracking # says it was delivered to QVC 3/15/18.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Today is 3/23/18, and it is still &lt;STRONG&gt;not&lt;/STRONG&gt; showing as returned on my account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Today is 8 days since it's been returned and it hasn't been credited yet??&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I really haven't ordered much from QVC lately. Is this normal??&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If there is a Mod that can check on this, it would be much appreciated. Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Call CS and give them the tracking number. If it shows as delivered they will refund your money. This has happened to me on numerous occasions. &lt;STRONG&gt;Also make sure&amp;nbsp;they don't charge you for the return shipping label. Check your refund!!&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Exact same problem here.&amp;nbsp; I called them this morning and was able to get credit.&amp;nbsp; I was going to ask what the issue was but decided not to.&amp;nbsp; Just as long as I received my credit!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Okay, I will do that, thanks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I meant to write in my original post, that it's been 8 days since received at QVC and no credit on my account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unbelievably, I sent a return back to HSN on 3/19/18 and the return was credited to my account 3/21/18!! Two days later.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
