      <description>&lt;P&gt;I purchased 2 pair of Vionic TSV suede tennis shoes, a blue and a black pair. I received a new set of shoelaces for the black pair but not for the blue. Do you know how I would obtain a set for my blue shoes?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/5834"&gt;@conlt&lt;/a&gt;No idea -&amp;nbsp; I'm still waiting, too, but for the tan (brown?) sneakers.&amp;nbsp; For some reason I discarded the email that had the dates in it..&amp;nbsp; Maybe later this month???&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Almost none of the sneakers of any brand I've owned recently seems to arrive with appropriate laces.&amp;nbsp; I think the laces for the Vionics are short -&amp;nbsp; but I find them easier to handle than those on the New Balance for which I paid double the price of the Vionic because if I don't double tie the NB, I'd be tripping!&amp;nbsp; But the NB are more comfortable for exercize walking than the Vionic is - at least for me.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I also received the laces for my black pair but not my blue pair. I think the email said it'd be the end of March that we'd receive them and they'd come direct from Vionic. Interesting that those who ordered multiple pair received at least one set (so far) but not all.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;This is a known issue and the&amp;nbsp;vendor&amp;nbsp;will be sending customers two sets of longer laces to customers by 3/31.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;One set matching the sneaker color ordered and a white pair.&lt;/P&gt;
