      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I purchased the latest Clarks TVS a few weeks ago.&amp;nbsp; When I tried on the shoes they were to flat for me.&amp;nbsp; &lt;EM&gt;need arch support so I returned them.&amp;nbsp; This A.M. IU called CS to ask them refund me $6.95 reeturn amout.. The CS was so nice she said there was a recall on the TSV because the fit was not correct and I not only received my return amt. but each person who purchased the shoes will receive an extra $10.00 in their account.&amp;nbsp; We were all sent letters about this but I haven't received mine yet.&amp;nbsp; Thank u CS and QVC andClarks for doing this.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I received my letter today and immediately boxed up the shoes for return.&amp;nbsp; QVC and Clark's had to do something since the sizing was way off.&amp;nbsp; I appreciate the full refund.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;My letter says nothing about a $10 credit for the problem&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
