I also received an email saying that I would receive longer laces for the Vionic sneakers that I ordered. I have not received them either. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

Hi @6kids & @Skyegirl21 - I was able to check on both of the orders and they are noted that the laces will be shipped from the vendor by 3/31/18. I apologize they were not included with original order. ~Kim

I just got a note the new shoelaces are coming by 3/31. Takes 3 months to fix a poor QC issuefor an $80 sneaker? Very disappointing and this experience will effect my future purchases.
