How does the new wish list work??

I was hoping the old wish list would return, but that doesn't seem to be the case.

So, I am wondering, how exactly is it supposed to work?

When I click something on my list, the item comes up, but I am unable to see the reviews or the item description. If I do want to see the complete item info, I have to copy and paste the item # into the search bar.

That seems like extra steps to see the item. Is that how it's supposed to work??

Also, as others have noted, the Notes section was extremely helpful to document all kinds of info related to the item, which helped with purchasing.

I would appreciate some help with this, because I wonder if I'm doing something wrong.

Why does it say, "Make your selection", when I click on the item? Is my only option to add something to my cart for a purchase?

I was caught off guard by this new wish list to. Had written notes in comment section that have now disappeared. Most times updates are with improvements, this doesn't seem to be the case here.

There are several threads about this and one has about 350 hearts. Lots of people are upsent about taking the notes away but I don't believe they are going to do anything to bring them back.

I just checked my wish list, as it has been showing me both old and new version in recent weeks, depending which device I'm using.

Today I'm seeing the new version.

It's pretty stupid and pointless, isn't it?

I mean, it's been reduced to just a list now.

The only thing that makes this preferable to jotting your wish items down on a Post-It is this has a picture.

I also posted on the prior post, but what I was hoping to hear from the Mods maybe, is exactly HOW this new list is supposed to work, because it seems to have very limited functionality and I'm wondering, am I missing something or doing it wrong??

It just seems impossible that they would change it to something that you can do LESS with than before.

My wish list came back to normal. But, the font is too small, and I can't make it bigger. Really hard on eyes. About once or twice a week I check the Q.. Eyes cant handle it. I'm getting it, that the IT dept doesnt care what we think. Make the change, not that its any better, but, why makr it so we cant make the font larger or enlargen the pic? Doesn't make sence. Wake up IT dept!!!

It's not you; this is the"new and improved" wishlist. Everything you've described is what the customer is seeing. I think this improvement is frustrating and doesn't make sense at all.

I wish that the wish list would come back as it previously was....I noted my 'wishes' in the comment box...size, the color I wished for in case the color I wanted was sold out, best size for me, etc.

I also make notes for gift ideas, along with EZ pay information, and sale pricing. At least three times in the last two years all the info disappeared. POOOF! Now my wish list is very short!

I so agree with all of you who want the Notes to come back. I don't even look at my Wish List any more thus I am shopping less and less! I had information about sizing up or down. For cosmetic items, I recorded Color. And I ALWAYS recorded the price because it was the easiest way to immediately note a price drop or often, an increase!

No matter how much we request the Notes section back, they are not going to deliver on this. They even ignore comments about it.

Count me in as a displeased user. I agree with others re: pulling up an item on my wish list and trying to get sizing info, description and reviews. Spent a lot of time trying to figure it out - so I gave up. No sale!!

I'm also very frustrated by the "search function". It takes several seconds between my input to show up on search bar, one letter at a time comes up & then a few seconds for the next letter to show up. What's up with that?

Whoever reprogrammed the QVC webpage has made it very user unfriendly!!

I'm not happy that there is no easy way to get to the wish list. There is no longer a drop down box. This whole website is a disaster.

What you wrote is exactly how the new wishlist works. I read on another thread that the old wishlist is available on Safari (not Chrome). I have tried Safari on my iPad and the old wish list is there. Plus, you can enlarge the fonts. Hope this helps.

I use Safari on my iPad, and I most certainly (😢 😰😭) do not have the old Wish List.

Same here. I'm using Safari as we speak and looking at the "new and definitely not improved" wish list. I don't understand how making the wish list user go through extra steps to read reviews or look at item descriptions is an improvement. Having to add an item to your cart or open a new page to view that info is ridiculous. Half of the time I can't delete items from my wish list and clicking on the box to hide cancelled orders never works. Was nothing wrong with the old wish list, it was actually a much better system. Don't understand this constant tinkering with the QVC website.
