      <title>Exchange Shipment Error..</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;Okay, I am really upset, but I don't think a MOD can help me.&amp;nbsp; I sent a ring back&amp;nbsp; in size 5 and asked for an "exchange" ring in size 6.&amp;nbsp; I paid for the return postage myself (mailed via USPS 02/17/2018)&amp;nbsp; and QVC received the ring on 02/20/2018.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;I called yesterday, 02/26/2018 to inquire how long the processing of the exchange would take.&amp;nbsp; The very nice CS representative said it should be soon, but she would go ahead and send out the size 6 ring via express delivery to me.&amp;nbsp; It should arrive on 02/28/2018.&amp;nbsp; She reassured me that she had noted it in the system, that she was sending out the size 6, and that the warehouse would &lt;STRONG&gt;not duplicate &lt;/STRONG&gt;the order.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;But, when I checked my account this morning I find that another ring is being "processed" and it is a SIZE 5!&amp;nbsp;The size I returned.&amp;nbsp;&lt;img id="womanfrustrated" class="emoticon emoticon-womanfrustrated" src="https://community.qvc.com/i/smilies/16x16_woman-frustrated.png" alt="Woman Frustrated" title="Woman Frustrated" /&gt; I called&amp;nbsp; and was told it was too far along in the "process" to cancel.&amp;nbsp; Sorry for the inconvenience, when you receive it just send it back and we won't charge you Blah, Blah, Blah...&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;Meanwhile, my CC is tied up with this charge and I am not happy. Maybe I will call the CC company and have them stop the payment??&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;Why did this even happen?&amp;nbsp; And, the second order was for the size I returned.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;I now know it is time to stop spending my money here! &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
