    <description>&lt;P&gt;SeaMaiden--&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm a sucker for jewelry :-) and I do like a lot of Denim &amp;amp; Company clothes. In my opinion, QVC's clothing and jewelry has really improved recently, hence my shopping spree.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I am currently dealing with my sister who is suffering from the after effects of cancer and the very aggresive treatments for it. I'm dealing with hepatitis and because of the medications I take, I'm not allowed to drive.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My husband is suffering the effects of what happened when his emplyer moved him into a new building that was sealed too tight and nasty things got into his pulmonary system. He CAN drive but he runs around so much for my sister and I that I hate to ask him to take me shopping. Please try not to be so judgemental when you don't know the whole story (and don't feel too bad--a lot of people have the same attitude because I don't feel like giving chapter and verse on my current situation).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Of course you don't know--couldn't know--what's going but please take that into consideration when dealing with people like me :-)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;QVC owes me several refunds--maybe 3 or 4. I've noticed that the refunds of under $25 or so are issued immediately, DESPITE their notices that they're having trouble with refunds.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They also owe me several hundred dollars in refunds on some other items and they won't even give me any information of the status of these returns.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;what do you think? cheap cheap cheap cheap cheap&amp;nbsp; I think an investigation is callled for.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'd never have a chance to know this because at least 20 years ago I decided on a personal policy that while I was waiting for a refund or a delayed delivery from any company, I would not order again until my issues had been completed.&amp;nbsp; That policy hasn't failed me yet -&amp;nbsp; and I don't think I've missed any particularly great deals because of my choices.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I do know my last QVC return took only 10 days from mailing to a credit on my credit card -&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; it was for a small amount, but even so, I didn't bother with QVC while I was waiting.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And even though my QVC experiences have been mostly excellent over the years, I don't think I've ever ordered enought at any one time that I'd have spent several hundred dollars, let alone have to wait for refunds of hundreds of dollars.&amp;nbsp; My shopping is much smaller than that.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I don't think "hundreds of dollars" is odd because:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;*Jewelry&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;*Clothing&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;*Home Items&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;*Combo of all of the above&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;*Holiday returns&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I know that I finally was able to gather gifts and items that had issues and mail them all back before 1/31...still waiting for the final items to be credited to my CC and in the end, yes, they WERE a few "hundreds of dollars".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Beyond that....I also noticed that higher amounts take longer to be credited. I think perhaps the larger amounts need to go through an additional step due to their amount (think audit). They come through but it's still not as fast. 3 weeks, in my experience, for it to happen and show up on my QVC CC.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I would report them to your state Better Business&amp;nbsp;Bureau.&amp;nbsp; They are using your money, getting interest on it.&amp;nbsp; Add up all the money they owe people on returns, and you have one heck of a scam to cheat their own system.&amp;nbsp; Once they receive the item back, a week going through their internal&amp;nbsp;system is more than enough time.&amp;nbsp; They may not want to hire enough people to process all the returns the get.&amp;nbsp; My bet is they are trying to use your money as long as the law will allow.&amp;nbsp; That really stinks!&amp;nbsp; I know now not to order any big ticket items from a company with such poor customer service!&amp;nbsp; Oh, if enough of you post your problem on social media, and allow it to be shared on a public setting, you might shame them in to working faster.&amp;nbsp; Warn your friends not purchase big ticket items until they get this processed fixed!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been shopping at QVC for many years.&amp;nbsp; Their Customer Service is really good.&amp;nbsp; However, their method for shipping jewelry leaves alot to be desired.&amp;nbsp; I have had several items lost in shipment, and even when I do receive my items, it takes a really long time.&amp;nbsp; QVC needs to use UPS for ALL of their items.&amp;nbsp; I've never has a problem with UPS deliveries.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, I've noticed the my returns arrive at QVC fairly quickly, but then my package sits at QVC for at least one week before I am notified of a refund.&amp;nbsp; This should not be happening.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
