Homepage not user friendly

Why try and fix something that isn't broke???? The homepage is awful. Where do you find out what all has been on today????

Do not see any place to click on to view this.

Terrible!!!

I am not home all day and when I get home I like to click on what has all been on and check out each one.

Please put back the old way!!!!!!!!!!!!

Totally agree...I'm thinking what the heck? Very confusing and frustrating...like trying to figure out a riddle or locked safe,,,why?

I agree! It took me forever to find the search bar on the home page. I still haven't found it on item pages! Moderators, this is a time for you to do some useful work, tell the fools who thought this new design was good they are driving customers away! If QVC doesn't make it easy for us to shop, we will just go to other sites to find what we want! I don't like the feeling this layout gives: QVC will lead us to what they want us to see. I want to shop with ease, looking for what I want, when I want to. That means on EVERY page. Moderators, inform the powers that be this new layout is an insult to your customers!

Why, why, why. Front page confusing, when I go to items recently on air, it is small, can barely read it. PLESE LEAVE WELL ENOUGH ALONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please, fix this, and bting it back the way it was.

I'm willing to learn something new if it's better, but I certainly don't see "better". In addition to not being able to find previous functions that I relied on, the home page is getting even more cluttered than the last change.

Im also very annoyed with the changes to our "wish lists" My comments on my items there were important to me and those were deleted.

I stopped shopping at HSN because the website is heinously cluttered and therefore far too time consuming to deal with. Also lots of extra clicking required to get anywhere. I wonder if the idiots who created the HSN site are now working on the QVC site.

@crazy4bears- Does it show up differently on different devices? I'm on my desktop using IE (and I also use my iPad). I don't have any trouble finding the main menu bar at the top of the homepage screen.

As far as seeing what's been on during the day, just click on "Shop QVC TV" at the far right and select from the drop-down menu. "Items Recently on Air" is the first option.

This QVC Homepage is very difficult to navigate. It is very irritating, and I have no idea why QVC decided to make this change because it is extremely frustrating.

Yes, it's getting more and more cluttered - hummm just like HSN, which is just plain awful even worse than this one but looks like their trying to catch up with them. I also see they have brought back their new wish list page which is awful. If you go into an item from your wish list you can't read the customer comments you have to put it in your shopping cart and them click on it to read them. . Ten easy steps to do anything. It reminds me of the company I used to work for, everytime the IT dept would " update the system ". We used to call it "low bid" LOL

Agree. Mine is running smoothly and faster. Also Program Guide is an option there too.

Huh. What they were thinking is what a lot of companies did, come up with a "mobile" or tablet-friendly site. Thing is with the old page design and the handy drop down lists I used to spend time at lunch checking things out.

Noe the site annoys me as I can't do fast scrolls of a lot of products. Thanks to the coding in back of these kinds of websies there are hitches and gliches. And I just read on CNET that tablets are becoming less popular ( probably because people find themselves missing a keyboard or have to buy a separate keyboard for a tablet).

What QVC should have done is kept the old site so you could request desktop or mobile site. But it's cheaper not to. The end result for me is I shop less on QVC - hardly at all, really. Recently a TSV caught my eye and I discovered I hadn't ordered from QVC since 2016.

And I Won't be shopping a lot here anyway. Besides an annoying website hafta say am shocked at even the clearance prices. Also the boring selection as others have complained.

I wish QVC would stop these endless website changes. Each one seems to generate a problem, which when solved, causes even more problems.

Please, just settle on something for more than 5 minutes.

Having worked with IT and business areas for a Fortune 500 company for decades, I can tell you that what Q did to their website is opposite what big businesses are doing today.

Today's goals include (not limited to) requiring as few clicks as necessary to get to any page and to make it user intuitive/friendly. Q failed in both points. They added multiple clicks to get to the most common pages (ie: schedule, previously shown products) and made the navigation more cumbersome for users. And the darned top nav floats, which has been shown to be a huge irritant to users.

Not clear why QVC continues chasing customers away. I stopped watching programs because most things are just annoying and now it is a chore to shop online because the new set-up is not user friendly. As a result I will be shopping other sites....dumb choice QVC.

No, no no!!! @TwiliteBeach. This new mess is NOT designed with an eye toward being 'mobile' friendly. I use mobile devices, and I now have to choose between the very slow, frustrating, difficult way and the impossible way of using this website.

I now can no longer search for anything. When I go to the search it only lets me put in 3 letters. This is very frustrating. I guess I am saving money with this horrendous website.

Both shopping channel sites are now looking alike. Another step in the merger world to combine the sites. Mergers are wonderful and grand....said no one!

I can see that you posted this on the 16th (FRIDAY) at 11:20, or it shows that time on mine.

You mentioned running smoothly and faster, at [*that time]; I was here when it automatically >_changed<_ when shopping; the time was 11:30am. { 2-16-'18 }

I have read your more recent posts, today, the 19th-MONDAY, where it appears that you are having the same (?) fine print, or did you do that for us, the ones that have THE PROBLEM?
