@barbara or who ever is working at this time:

A303103....I have been trying to get measurements for this item for a few days...everytime I click on the size chart I get the same error message...content cannot be loaded at this time, try later.

Can you report this to the correct department so it can be look into?

It seems we cannot recreate the error message and IT is suggesting you try a different browser (anything BUT IE). We are still working on it but I will send you an email with the size guide now.
