    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/254595"&gt;@Brett05&lt;/a&gt;, do you by chance have malwarebytes and CCleaner&amp;nbsp; installed on your computers?&amp;nbsp; CCleaner does a much better job of clearing cookies and cache (be sure to include cookies and cache clearning for all browsers listed) than browsers themselves do.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;It is also possible there is malware on your computers that is forcing a redirect to the credit card pop-up.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Try installing and running both programs (the free versions) and see if that helps.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I'm suggesting clearing cookies and cache from all browsers on your computer when setting up CCleaner (it may default to all) because I do not use IE or Edge but find cookie files listed.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Would the IT department please fix the Order Status 'View My Order' link. Everytime I click&amp;nbsp; 'view my order' instead of getting order details and tracking info&amp;nbsp; I am instead taken to a page to sign up for the QVC Credit Card!!&amp;nbsp; All these website glitches is quite frustrating and the canned answer of 'will pass on to the appropriate department' is not getting any results.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, please fix this. It is extremely frustrating. And please don't put this on the customer to use another broswer, etc. &amp;nbsp;It is obviously a QVC issue and should be addressed as such. &amp;nbsp;It is just plain good customer service.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sometimes it has to be put back to the customer to fix due to different devices, browsers, etc. &amp;nbsp;If others are not having the same issue (for example, I am not) then it can’t be QVCs issue. &amp;nbsp;That’s just how it is with technology....there are many variables.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
