    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am having the same problem. &amp;nbsp;In December, the promotion was for a $25 statement credit upon opening a Qcard. &amp;nbsp;I opened and purchased three items. &amp;nbsp;First bill came - no credit. &amp;nbsp;I called and they said it would be on the next statement. &amp;nbsp;Second bill just arrived - no credit. &amp;nbsp;I called again. &amp;nbsp;They said it may be up to two more billing cycles. &amp;nbsp;That’s a total of four billing cycles. &amp;nbsp;My purchases will be paid off by then. &amp;nbsp;I asked if they would send a check if my balances were paid by the time they issue the credit. &amp;nbsp;They said No. &amp;nbsp;I feel like I’ve been scammed by Synchrony Bank and QVC. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I opened a Qcard under the impression I would receive a $10 statement credit after my first order. &amp;nbsp;I placed my first order and when I received my bill, there was no statement credit. &amp;nbsp;I called asking about my statement credit. &amp;nbsp;I was told it would come in the first or second billing cycyle. &amp;nbsp;I asked them what would happen if I did not make another purchase doing the second billing cycle. They said they would eventually send me a check in the mail. &amp;nbsp;This is Ridiculous!!!! &amp;nbsp;I have never had this happen before with any credit card I have opened. &amp;nbsp;I have always received my statement credit off of my first purchase during the first billing cycle. &amp;nbsp;Just beware if you plan to open a Qcard and think you will get the $10 statement credit off the first billing cycle!!!&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

They don't want to take it off your 1st purchase so you will purchase something else to use it on. I need to dig up the email from Q stating this with my purchases to send to Q &amp;amp; ask where's my gift card?????????&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Just looked &amp;amp; it was $200 purchases in July which I made. I think I should still get my $20 gift card. Wonder who else did not receive one?&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

But of course, you would have needed to set that up when you placed the order.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And, do you know what, if you planned on using this Q card just once, then that is your business. You may get better bonuses through a different credit card. And don't forget to use Mr. Rebates. After bumping their QVC rebate to 1%, it went to 3% this month. I haven't been on the boards that much but I am sure this was a topic of conversation.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have never had an issue with Synchrony Bank.&amp;nbsp; I have 3 different accounts&amp;nbsp;with various places, all through Synchrony and I've never had a problem with any of my accounts.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I opened a QCard account several months back.&amp;nbsp; At the time they were offering a $15.00 statement credit.&amp;nbsp; My&amp;nbsp;statement credit happened to&amp;nbsp;appear on my very first billing statement.&amp;nbsp; I guess I was lucky.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No doubt&amp;nbsp;some&amp;nbsp;apply for the credit card, use it for say a $50.00 purchase, think they'll only have to pay $40.00 and they'll be done with the card.&amp;nbsp; Don't think it doesn't happen. People open accounts at stores all the time to take advantage of promotions like percentages off when you open an account. Then they never use the card again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
