I will follow your suggestions and contact Square Trade directly. I may have a problem with the warranty anyway since QVC Customer Service supposedly sent out&amp;nbsp;the warranty a second time. Sorry that you also had to figure this out yourself. As you said, how are customers supposed to know how all of this works? It’s good to know that Square Trade’s service is excellent and quick. Thank you once again!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Haven’t Received Square Trade Warranty (purchased on 12/23/2017)</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I would greatly appreciate Customer Care help concerning a Square Trade electronics warranty purchased on 12/23/2017. My order shows that the warranty was shipped &amp;nbsp;by USPS on 12/24/2017, but no tracking info. ever appeared and I never received it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I contacted QVC Customer Service about this. On 1/12/2018 a new warranty was (supposedly) shipped with estimated delivery date being 1/23/2018. Again, there is no tracking info. and the warranty never came.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would appreciate help with finding out exactly what (if anything) is sent via &amp;nbsp;USPS&amp;nbsp;when a Square Trade Warranty is purchased from QVC? Should I have received paperwork and a receipt?       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Send an email to Square Trade.com/help as I never got mine either for the three years I paid for. When I called QVC they said they couldn’t send it again as it would mess the warranty up.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I already had an account at Square Trade so want onto my account and the one at bought at QVC was already there! &amp;nbsp;No one helped me as I helped myself. I had to take a photo of my laptop proof of purchase from QVC and email that to Square Trade. I printed out the Square Trade Warranty for my records so I had proof of purchase since I never received even the receipt I asked QVC to send to me. I don’t know how others are suppose to figure that out.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;To me for the price of the Square Trade Warranty through QVC it is a better price than through them even with an online coupon or I would have bought directly through Square Trade.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;They are an excellent company to deal with as I used them before on a laptop I bought my grandson. The service is quick and excellent customer service.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I hope this helps. Your plan has to be registered within 30 days of purchase.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I am sorry that our customer service department did not provide you with the correct information. All the paperwork comes from Square Trade itself so if we were to send out another set, it would look like you had 2 insurance warranties. Square Trade is happy to provide assistance if you contact them directly on &lt;A href="http://www.SquareTrade.com" target="_blank"&gt;www.SquareTrade.com&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;
