    <description>&lt;P&gt;Here's what works for me when I'm returning something. Before I send back a return, I will go into my easy pay list for the month, then click on "view/edit easy pay" for that item. It shows the amount of the monthly easy pay, how many easy pays have been paid and how much the shipping was. I screenshot the page and that makes it easier to remember the numbers and to do the math when I get credited.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once the return is processed, all that info is gone though, so not sure how you could retrieve it after the fact. If you call customer service, maybe they can access the info.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>WHERE'S MY REFUND BREAKDOWN?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4" color="#0000FF"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I just returned 4 items from holiday gift shopping and just received the refund confirmation emails.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;All it gives me is the amount refunded .... in a few case, it seems a bit too low.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4" color="#0000FF"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;These were on easy pay and the actual easy payment amount is now nowhere to be found.&amp;nbsp; PLUS, I returned all 4 items via priority mail, paying return postage myself, so no $6.95 shipping costs should have been deleted from the totals.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4" color="#0000FF"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I have had this problem in the past ....&amp;nbsp; paid for return myself, and they charged me the $6.95 anyway!&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4" color="#0000FF"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Can someone tell me how I can see the breakdown for my returns?&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4" color="#0000FF"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Thanks !&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I see the breakdown, including shipping, on my Q card.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been charged &lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;three times &lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;since Christmas for return shipping! I &lt;STRONG&gt;always&lt;/STRONG&gt; return ship at my own expense as I usually return clothing items with at least two items in the same bag.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Call CS and ask them to itemize each of your recent returns.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is something that seems to occur every year at this time. Human error or something else?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/29576"&gt;@Tinkrbl44&lt;/a&gt;, I don't think I can really help you because I find it annoying that they don't give you a breakdown of refunds like HSN does.&amp;nbsp; And once you return something, your easypay info is removed so it's hard to go back and track.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But&amp;nbsp;I returned something recently that&amp;nbsp;I bought&amp;nbsp;on easypay and 2 payments had already been charged to me.&amp;nbsp; QVC refunded each easy payment separately, not in one lump sum.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; I rec'd an e-mail about a credit and that was one easypayment minus the&amp;nbsp;original s/h.&amp;nbsp; Then&amp;nbsp;a little while later, I rec'd another e-mail&amp;nbsp;about another refund and that was the second easypayment.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I called CS told them situation...nope, I got charged both ways😡&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Then the so-called "free" exchange is a joke &lt;STRONG&gt;unless&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;you exchange for same item different size -- I wanted just a refund (shoes) &amp;amp; frankly, wasn't going up a size &amp;amp; go thru the same process if they were too big! So, I got &lt;STRONG&gt;charged both ways no refund for s/h😡&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Therefore, I'm only ordering if I'm absolutely sure &amp;amp; no more clothing items!!!! &amp;nbsp;Plus, I'm not ordering for the same reasons because once you hit the "submit" button you're &lt;STRONG&gt;obligated&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;even if you&lt;STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;cancel &lt;/STRONG&gt;within a few minutes....states "in process can't be cancelled" -YET shows &lt;STRONG&gt;in process &amp;amp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;doesn't ship for days - &amp;nbsp;&amp;amp; thats &lt;STRONG&gt;more $$$$&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;Q makes!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Not sure of any other shopping channels BUT this has certainly has made me think twice before I order anything.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
