&lt;P&gt;I apologize that the customer Service Representative you spoke with was unable to assist you. Order &lt;SPAN&gt;has been received at our Rocky Mount facility so I will process the the refund for you. Second Order has not been received but as it has been 12 days I will refund that one&amp;nbsp; as well. Current processing time is 3 to 5 business days.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I returned 2 items on 1/2/18 via "q" return service label. &amp;nbsp;I called CS they have &lt;STRONG&gt;no&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;record of this return although 2 other items I returned 1/9 have been received &amp;amp; credited.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Returned at USPS and I have receipt of shipment. &amp;nbsp;Can you check if you (at your level) see the return. &amp;nbsp;CS said there is &lt;STRONG&gt;no &lt;/STRONG&gt;way to track a return to give it another 10 days &amp;amp; call again.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
