Need help with an order please, mods!

I placed an order which is showing as delivered on Jan 6, according to the tracking. I have NOT received this order.

Weirdly, the tracking is also showing that I got mail delivery on a different order on a Sunday, which is obviously odd and untrue, I believe I got those on Monday. I'm wondering if the tracking is messed up from the snow storm on the east coast? (I live in Rhode Island.) I tried e-mailing customer service, but have received no response. Please help!

@Suziqzee I don't think a Sunday delivery is "oddly untrue." I've received packages from the P.O. on Sunday! At any rate, I hope you get some help on this.

@Suziqzee I don't think a Sunday delivery is "oddly untrue." I've received packages from the P.O. on Sunday! At any rate, I hope you get some help on this.

Really, @Pearlee? I didn't think our post office delivered on Sundays. I thought they were closed? Maybe the package was outside and I didn't realize it, but this particular package (which is Logo, btw, lol) is no where to be found.

LOL @Pearlee. Perhaps you did. It's the waffle weave skirt I've had my eye on for a while. The one that's like a trumpet skirt? I can't wait to try it.

Interestingly, I've had other people's items delivered to me, in the past, so I do wonder if someone is enjoying my original order. I contacted the Q when someone else's order was sent to me, so I hope if it went wayward the recipient just returns it to QVC. I guess there is no way for me to ever find out.
