      <title>Contact Cs on order</title>

      <description>I’ve contacted Cs regarding order status saying to contact them. I was told I needed to verify more info and I was transferred to another department where I was to leave a voicemail, which I did. No response yet. Item was set to arrive tomorrow. Any ideas?</description>

      <description>I called in and on the automated system it says item is in the process of shipping and talked to what I guess is an regular Customer Service guy and he informed me that some of my information needed to be verified and he then transferred me to another department. My address is fine as I have ordered from QVC in the past. And at the time it said my item was in stock and it is still currently showing in stock.</description>
