      <title>Returned Item Lost</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;On 12/4, I returned two packages using the QVC return label and I got a receipt from the Post Office. Only one return was acknowledged by an automated email. I allowed about a week? for the other item to show up. No scan of that item.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I did contact CS by phone.&amp;nbsp; They didn't tell me what to do if the package was never received. Yesterday, I received the email confirming the receipt of the first item.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How do I handle the missing item? Thanks for your time and assistance.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You have proof you mailed the item. QVC insures their return labels so you are covered.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have always found that the Customer Service always listens and will act in my behalf in such situations.&amp;nbsp; Post Office service lately has not been good.&amp;nbsp; A piece of mail was sent to me that usually takes 3 days, I&amp;nbsp; received it in 17 days.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
