    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Seems to me when after reading post after post of CS not helping out with problems the customers are having, the posters come to the forums for help.&amp;nbsp; It should not be that way. Unfortunetly, it is. &amp;nbsp; CS should take care of the problem when contacted by the customer.&amp;nbsp; So I see no problem what so ever with people coming to the forums for help.&amp;nbsp; If it gets an end result in a satisfied customer, maybe they should bypass CS all together and come here.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Unsatisfied customer</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;In late November I ordered an HP 17 inch computer. I was told I would receive it by December 7 tracking my order it was in China for a while and it went to Kentucky and then Tennessee and to &amp;nbsp;Harrisburg Pennsylvania then back to Tennessee or Kentucky I don’t know which one first then back to one or the other of those again. It is now saying the wrong address was on the package so now my order might be delayed again. &amp;nbsp;I have been dealing with Qvc since it first came on the air this is the first time that I am very disappointed and &amp;nbsp;upset with my order this supposed to be a Christmas gift and doesn’t look like I’m going to receive it by Christmas &amp;nbsp;I am a very unsatisfied customer at this point&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had a package that seemed to be taking a tour of the United States last year and then in a day oor 2 it showed up.......&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I think there is still a good chance you will receive it in time for Christmas&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Also, since this is the customer care forum I see no problem with posters posting their concerns/issues here regardless if they are new or not.       <description>&lt;P&gt;This is the Customer Care section. CSR's are swamped this time of year and a lot of stuff falls by the wayside. It happens.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;People have legitimate concernts about service and I am happy that the Social Team provides excellent service and in a very timely fashion.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is a big thank you to all the mods.
