      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is anyone else having trouble getting QVC or Lenox to comply with the replacement warrany they state comes with the flatware purchases? Any suggestions would be appreciated. I have spent over 8 hours on hold with Lenox multiple phone calls including corporate and supervisors niether company will own up to the responsibily of honoring the replacement warranty. Nice product but don't buy into it for the replacement warranty!! it is a scam.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;If you're speaking of replacing the complete set I cannot say, but I have called them twice to replace 2 tablespoons and they were sent to me free with no problem.&amp;nbsp; I kept the card with their CS number and just called them.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;What are they saying exactly and why they do not honor the warranty?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can't imagine any retailers require so many phone calls and over 8 hours on hold for a simple tusk.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
