    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;My frustration is beyond measure with ordering on your website runaround! &amp;nbsp;After minimum of 10 attempts placed order by phone where I was not given my $5.00 discount as a new customer (the reason I placed order in the first place). &amp;nbsp;Now I will have to keep checking my card acct. to make sure I am not being charged more than once. &amp;nbsp;THIS IS NOT how I wanted to spend my Christmas. &amp;nbsp;I honestly believe that runaround was to save you the $5.00&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
