    <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm sorry, I feel the same pain!&amp;nbsp; I ordered a Duraflame heater way back, it was in processing for over a week, then went to "back order".&amp;nbsp; I called and chatted tons of times, now it is back in "processing" as of Dec 6, still in the same spot.&amp;nbsp; Again, called and chatted, same response.&amp;nbsp; I wanted this for a Christmas gift, I suggest you go to Plan B and buy somewhere else, and if it comes in, return it.&amp;nbsp; Don't know what else to tell you, too bad this happened to you (and me).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Nintendo Switch Still Processing</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I ordered a&amp;nbsp;nintendo Switch for a Christmas gift on November 29th. When I check the order status for EDD (Dec. 8th) it has never changed from processing.&amp;nbsp; I recieved an email stating my billing address did not match my card info, so I updated it and no one has called me to verify this. Now my EDD is (Dec. 18th).....I'm starting to get nervous. . .called customer service more than 10 times but they just repeated what was on my computer. &amp;nbsp;No help. &amp;nbsp;If there are any suggestions on who to contact please advise. &amp;nbsp;Also if there is any QVC personnel reading this can u look into this.
