    <description>&lt;P&gt;I returned&amp;nbsp; the Duraflame Lantern heater on&amp;nbsp; Dec 5th .The post office picked it up upon&amp;nbsp;your and my&amp;nbsp;request,yet there is no tracking info at all on this return.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can someone help with this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Tracking will still show where the Post Office received it plus when they handed it over to some non postal worker. Not sure who it goes to. So there will be no tracking from the Post Office after they hand it over until you can see some kind of tracking on your account thru Q or wait for them to send you an email they have received it.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;The Post Office is busy right now so give them a couple of days to update their tracking info.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks&amp;nbsp; for the help.&amp;nbsp; I would think at least&amp;nbsp;little note that they picked it up and have it would be showing ,because they did pick it up from my house.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also returned somthing else the next day and that shows it in the post office.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just my luck the $200 one isn't showing up&amp;nbsp; and the cheaper one is&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &lt;img id="smileysad" class="emoticon emoticon-smileysad" src="https://community.qvc.com/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-sad.png" alt="Smiley Sad" title="Smiley Sad" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I pay no shipping, but I &amp;nbsp;get it the very next day and I never had a return!&amp;nbsp; If something happens (rarely) they just credit me and move on.............lol&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="3"&gt;I actually just returned something to Amazon and you can drop off the item at Kohl's and you get a receipt and a 25 percent discount coupon for shopping at Kohls.&amp;nbsp; And no charge.&amp;nbsp; 3 days later I have credit back into my account.&amp;nbsp; Don't let anyone tell you that QVCs procedures and costs are the norm.&amp;nbsp; They aren't.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
