      <description>&lt;P&gt;Mods, please help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On Saturday, December 2, I took some packages to USPS to return instead of waiting until January.&amp;nbsp; The clerk told me they didn't scan the packages now but when they were "picked up" he would make sure the driver scanned them.&amp;nbsp; Since he wasn't able to give me a receipt I took a picture of the return label on each box.&amp;nbsp; There has been nothing sent to me by QVC saying my returns were on their way as the usual process so I don't know what has happened to them.&amp;nbsp; What do I do?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;If you used the Q return label, it could be 2 weeks or more before anyone knows where those packages are. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I'm surprised the store didn't scan them. &amp;nbsp;I work PT in customer service and we always scan every package. &amp;nbsp;Next time, wait until they scan them and ask for the postal receipt. Then you'll have proof they were mailed in case Q doesn't receive them.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Our post office always scans everything and gives a receipt without being asked to.&amp;nbsp; On that receipt is an address for an online survey rating that office.&amp;nbsp; Of course you don't have that since they didn't give you a receipt.&amp;nbsp; The next time you mail something for which you have paid, hold that receipt and fill out the survey.&amp;nbsp; This is the only way to weed out the bad apples.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I have always used the Q label for returns.&amp;nbsp; I check next day to see if anything is showing on the package.&amp;nbsp; Usually it will say 'arrived at PO' with the date and time. I may not see anything else for several days and then it will show 'in transit' and then delivered in about a week or so.&amp;nbsp; I've never lost a return but have had some packages lost on their way to me.&amp;nbsp; I guess I've been lucky with the returns.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;MODS... someone help please&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;@Anonymous&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/229659"&gt;@Beth-QVC&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/229663"&gt;@Melvin-QVC&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/229666"&gt;@Wayne-QVC&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The boxes I dropped at the post office 12/02 still say they are at the post office and the missing 3 still have no tracking or information on them.&amp;nbsp; I am going to call USPS main office 800# and file a complaint if they are still missing tomorrow because I know for a fact the person at the office carried those 3 boxes inside for me because they were so heavy.&amp;nbsp; If they are missing the USPS needs to check for fraud/theft by employee.&amp;nbsp; This upsets me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;UPDATE&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried to call USPS 800# this morning and there was 1 - 1-1/2 hour wait to speak to someone.&amp;nbsp; I filled out form to locate the packages and when I clicked submit I received a message there was an error submitting and try again later.&amp;nbsp; Of course my message disappeared and could not be retrieved.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
