It was an expensive item (Roomba).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And it still hasn't reached the returns center...who knows when I'll get my refund? &amp;nbsp;Should have bought this at Costco. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It is due to the 3rd party return comapnies hired by QVC. It's been mentioned many many times on threads here and in other forums. Contact QVC CS and inform them of this: you have PROOF you dropped it off more than 14 days ago- they can and SHOULD issue you a refund.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;THis has happened to me more times than I care to count. This is what I've been told each time. Each time, an refund was issued immediately.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/249153"&gt;@PatriciaG&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Had that happen couple times.&amp;nbsp; When you return box to USPS they put it in an area for UPS or trucking service to pick up and it sits there until the pick up takes place.&amp;nbsp; If the truck is full the remaining boxes have to wait for next pick up.&amp;nbsp; I called the USPS 800# and filed complaint for delay and they in turn contact the post office in question and they have 24 hours to respond.&amp;nbsp; My boxes were picked up the following day.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Oh, and then the post office in question changed the original pick up date to reflect the day they received the complaint so it would appear they just received the box.&amp;nbsp; I had a screen shot and called 800# again to report it.&amp;nbsp; The post master called me to apologize.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;QVC better wise up and wake up.Not only do you not have the product, but they charge your account when they ship the product so they have the use of your money all that time. If you have to return the product and it takes another 2 weeks or more to get a refund ,they have the use of your money for weeks. They make money on you anyway you look at it. I think they should charge your account when the order is delivered.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Well I just checked the return status of the order I mentioned earlier in this thread. &amp;nbsp;At first I was happy to see my return had been processed, but then saw that instead of issuing a refund...they were sending a replacement of the item! &amp;nbsp;Not what I requested at all.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Called CS. &amp;nbsp; Was told it was too late to stop the order of the replacement I don't want. &amp;nbsp;Then spoke to a supervisor who said she issued a refund to my cc and hopefully interrupted the unwanted item from being sent my way.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you, Cheryl in CS!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Well, I spoke too soon when I said, last night, that my issue was resolved.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;QVC is sending me another dang Roomba! &amp;nbsp;I got the email this morning,that it had shipped. &amp;nbsp; I'm still being issued a refund on the one I sent back, but now I'll have to deal with returning the one I didn't expect to get. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;And I thought the problem I had with a return was an isolated problem but apparently there are many! &amp;nbsp;I did contact customer service and a credit was issued but shopping online is getting to be not worth the aggravation. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
