    <description>&lt;P&gt;I did not receive the invoice thru email.&amp;nbsp; I have never lost an email before.&amp;nbsp; No sense fussing at me about that.&amp;nbsp; By the time it came in the mail, I faxed it to Santa's Best and they prepared the paperwork for warranty, it would be 10 days from that date before I receive it.&amp;nbsp; Almost Christmas.&amp;nbsp; I will pay for it and it will be shipped immediately.&amp;nbsp; I know what I am doing, Santa's Best customer is great.&amp;nbsp; I have spoken with them 3 times.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I purchased a Santa's Best 65 RGB Flocked Balsom December 3, 2016.&amp;nbsp; The remote to the tree worked fine, this year it will not work.&amp;nbsp; There is no other way to control functions for the tree - Bummer.&amp;nbsp; I contacted customer service at Santa's Best and was told it was under warranty and they would send me one.&amp;nbsp; One catch, I need the invoice.&amp;nbsp; Who has an invoice for a tree purchased last year.&amp;nbsp; I have the order number but they won't accept that.&amp;nbsp; Guess I am going to have to purchase it.&amp;nbsp; I am not happy.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Of course he cannot email it to the company. He would be releasing your private information. YOU can release your information, but QVC cannot.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then he even offered to MAIL you a hard copy so you can get it to the Santa's Best company, and you are still not happy? Maybe your email address is wrong on your Q account. He went a step further to offer a hard copy!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kudo's to QVC, nice work is being so responsive to this problem. There are not many companies who would even know your name or when you bought something.       <description>&lt;P&gt;After all this mess to get a copy of invoice from QVC, Santa's Best would not honor my request for a replacement defective remote, less than a year old and the pedal is also defective, because it is an is an as is.&amp;nbsp; I paid $243 for this tree and it is awful I had to pay for a defective remote.&amp;nbsp; The tree will not work without it.&amp;nbsp; The pedal is still not working but I am retired on a fixed income and cannot afford to replace it.&amp;nbsp; The payment for the remote is enough for me. I hope my $253 tree works with some kind of light.&amp;nbsp; I am a widow and my husband loved Christmas.&amp;nbsp; I try to keep that feeling alive in my home, even with a tree that is dead as a door nail.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
