As you can see it is opened and if you look at the lid, it’s broke. The others seem fine, but no way am I going to used something such as a body lotion that is opened. So, here’s to sending back a package to QVC in hopes that i will be refunded and not charged return shipping. I’m just frustrated. I know it may not be the fault of the Q, but I’m getting so many more items damaged.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I received a broken glass for a ipad.&amp;nbsp; THe cardboard was bent and I knew it was going to be broke.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;This was not from QVC, but my point is that these mail delivery people are being really careless with packages.&amp;nbsp; The price is going up with UPS on Dec 24th.&amp;nbsp; If they want more money they need to handle with care!&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I ordered some yeast from Walmart and 2 of the packages had been cut and it all spilled out. I lost 2 out of 12 ordered.&amp;nbsp; Glad they sent me a good long expiration date of the remaining packages. LOL&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I dont blame the Q, but,wondering if shipping UPS then transferring to USPS is the problem? Not sure, but, getting tired of receiving damaged goods. Ecspecially now, that its getting close to Christmas. Very frustrated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Maybe it's just me but if I received my damaged items from a retailer, I wouldn't shop with that retailer ever again. &amp;nbsp; I have to say, I buy a ton of stuff from QVC and I can't remember when I last received a damaged item.&amp;nbsp; I think either 2 or maybe 3 Christmases ago, a necklace that had a broken clasp.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If I were to received numerous items from a retailer that were damaged then i would stop shopping with that retailer, but something arriving damaged every now and then is just life. It could be at the retailer, shipping company, transport personnel at shipping company, post office. Quite a few&amp;nbsp; people touch all of these packages especially at this time of year. I was watching a story on the news about how many packages pass through Amazon on black&amp;nbsp;Friday alone and the number was staggering. I want to say that they had orders coming in at over 700+ per second. That is not a mistype. That translates into a lot of packages just for Black Friday so when you think of the whole&amp;nbsp;Christmas shopping season the number I am sure is quite staggering.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;if it had been my order i would have just asked for a credit for the damaged item and ask to keep the rest. it saves a lot of time and hassle. qvc is usually great about doing that.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
