    <description>&lt;P&gt;So as I have stated in a previous post, my package is MIA. The tracking details states it was sent to the post office 2 towns away. It has been there since 11/21, with no new information. If I don't get it today I will call CS again and have them send out a replacement. I wonder who scanned it incorrectly,&amp;nbsp; the post office, or was it at QVC 's end?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Third Order Not Received</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;For the third time since September an order I placed has not been received. I do a lot of online shopping -- have shopped with QVC forever -- this has never happened before these three -- nor has it happened with any other company. &amp;nbsp;Lay/N/Go tsv from 10/31. I ordered two sets. The floral set shipped on 11/6 and I received it on 11/8. The tracking on the Chevron set has said "Shipment information received by USPS Mail Innovations" since 11/8. What all three orders that were never received have in common is that they all involved Mail Innovations. In the first two instances Beth and Susan were great in making sure that a replacement order was shipped immediately. If possible -- I would prefer that this order be canceled and refunded. It was supposed to be a birthday gift and it is now too late. Thanks for your help.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just found out that an order I placed during Christmas In July, for 3 bottles of wine, shipped on 3 Nov. is now lost somewhere and all I can have is my 1st easy pay returned.&amp;nbsp; They no longer have the 3 bottle set available but do have the 12 bottles.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; To make it worse, they still had them available for shipment about 3 weeks ago for a little higher price but I knew I locked in my CIJ price so I didn't order.&amp;nbsp; If I check my tracking, all I get is it is ready for shipment, nothing further.&amp;nbsp; Very annoying.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1975"&gt;@judy0330&lt;/a&gt;Sorry this is happening to you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It may not even be QVC's fault.&amp;nbsp; Yesterday I found my 4th Amazon Prime order waiting at my front door.&amp;nbsp; The problem -&amp;nbsp; not one of those boxes were for me.&amp;nbsp; I don't even belong to Amazon any longer -&amp;nbsp; haven't for about 3 years now, so it's not even a matter of UPS or FedEx or whoever being used to coming here!&amp;nbsp; And the boxes weren't even all for the same address.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I actually don't blame Amazon -&amp;nbsp; the packages were well put together, the addresses quite obvious, and the scan codes looked fine to me.&amp;nbsp;My address is on the door in large black numbers. &amp;nbsp;Not sure what else Amazon could do -&amp;nbsp; and I don't think there was any USPS involvement in any of those 4 shipments.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I called CS, she was very nice, and saw there was no shipping information on the order. She is sending me out another one, if I receive the first one I need to return it. This is the first time in many years I have had a problem.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Today they are sending out another lotion,&amp;nbsp; but I think one of the mods here was able to get it out of the Hoskins, I'll warehouse where it was just sitting.&amp;nbsp; CS COULDN,t.&amp;nbsp; So I called about an hour later to cancel the new shipment and they COULDN,t, just an hour after she ordered it.&amp;nbsp; Now I will return it and explain, I am being honest, no shipping charge please.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The shipping is a big problem.&amp;nbsp; Maybe that is why the free shipping.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I ordered two days ago from BATH AND BODY WORKS, received today.&amp;nbsp; QVC takes an order, no cancelling, stays in process for days, but you can,t cancel, then stays in a warehouse somewhere for days, then to the PO for a few days.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I received it, the original is still MIA. Now I expected another package which was shipped 11/16 and expected delivery by 11/22 by the USPS. Well I haven't received it yet, I tracked it, it was sent to the wrong post office about two towns away (where it still seems to be). I called CS and was told to give it another day. I never had trouble with QVC before, what the heck is going on? I may make fewer purchases with this kind of service!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;maybe the problem is using ups to then hand off to USPS. &amp;nbsp;Maybe using just USPS only instead of this hand off would alleviate the whole problem . &amp;nbsp;I myself have not had a problem with the UPS/USPS. &amp;nbsp;I have been receiving my packages in a timely manner, no problems so far.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
