    <description>&lt;P&gt;I've noticed this with a lot of my stuff too and wondered what the heck was going on.&amp;nbsp; You're right it does add a day or two onto the delivery which is very frustrating since I get other packages from QVC via UPS.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;What is the point of this process? 98% of my recent orders has been transfer to USPS and adds 2 to 3 days delay in&amp;nbsp;receiving my package. It's not any more secure because the packages are not being left in a postal locker... they are&amp;nbsp;delivered to my front porch. My next 5 orders&amp;nbsp;appear to have the same designation. I'M DONE SHOPPING! On top of having separate orders placed in the same package and billed separate shipping... this new twist is a bit much.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I don't know how they can save money shipping UPS &amp;amp; transferring to USPS. Makes no sense. UPS spends half their time taking packages to USPS instead of just delivering them. If I have a package actually coming UPS the same day then UPS will deliver my other packages instead of taking them to the post office.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Q also uses some kind of outside source that picks packages from USPS to be delivered to who or where I have no idea. I just know once that happens there is no way to track the package.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Now I have UPS tracking numbers that also show the USPS tracking numbers on the UPS site but I receive a delivery notice from USPS that a package will be delivered with this tracking number which is not the same as the tracking number given on the UPS site. So I have packages coming but don't know which ones since the tracking numbers don't match up.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;All I have to say is Q needs to fix their shipping dilemma. Shipping per item is ridiculous. If they can put multiple items in the same package to ship with a shipping charge on each item they can ship it all in one box with a flat shipping fee.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;If I order more then one item I will order them all separate so they all come in their own package if I'm going to pay shipping on each item so Q cannot put them in the same package. Just a way for them to make more money but not from me.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The exact same thing is happening to me -- if the package arrives at all. I recently had two different experiences where tracking of Lock &amp;amp; Lock packages shipped from CA showed that they were being transferred to the post office -- and then the tracking stopped. Customer Service reps on the forum were nice enough to help and both orders were resent. The originals never arrived. &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;i don't like my packages being delivered by post office....they just put them right in front of my door where anyone could stop and take them ! At least with ups i could have them sent to a safe center to pick them up. But now it cost me 3.50 to change them to ups and so i can get them at the ups center. I don't understand it, they start out as ups, and then end up at us mail !!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm with you -- for me it adds one or two days to already slow shipping time.&amp;nbsp; I don't understand why UPS does this, and I don't think my mail carrier is too thrilled with it either!&amp;nbsp; I think its time for another shipping company to spring up and cause more competion with UPS &amp;amp; FedEx.&amp;nbsp; We need better, faster, cheaper shipping!! &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;QVC has been doing this for quite some time and it definitely adds time to the delivery process. &amp;nbsp;I see no savings in the process since I still see UPS trucks coming and going in my subdivision every day so since the trucks are already out here what is the savings from having the Post Office make the delivery?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was at my Post Office yesterday &amp;amp; a UPS semi &amp;amp; another smaller truck was there dropping off packages for delivery, I guess they are working together as a way to cut costs. I think the USPS is being blamed for late delivery for the (dumped) UPS packages while UPS is picking what is most cost effective for them at the USPS expense. Our town is short on postal workers &amp;amp; if this odd parternship continues it's only going to get worse.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As for the two items in one package but paying two fees,&amp;nbsp; since QVC has reduced their shipping and handling costs QVC no longer offers discounts for items shipped in the same package. Each product requires a standard shipping and handling amount that's determined according to the market cost for the dimensions, weight, carrier services.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This option may not work for some, but it works for me.&amp;nbsp; I check on the status of my package.&amp;nbsp; When I see that it has been transferred to the post office, I&amp;nbsp; drive to the post office and pick it up myself instead of waiting till the next day for my postman to bring it to my home.&amp;nbsp; My post office is close by - maybe 4 - 5 miles away.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I too have the same issues and there&amp;nbsp; is usually a 2-4 day delay in delivery.&amp;nbsp; Also, the post office leaves the package right in front of the door so that I cannot open the storm door.&amp;nbsp; UPS tucks the package in the corner of my small front porch.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My other complaint is when I take a return to the PO using QVC label,&amp;nbsp; it sits in the PO for over 3 weeks before there is any movement on the package.&amp;nbsp; I've brought this up with CS several times.&amp;nbsp; Don't even bother to note you'd like an exchange because it just doesn't work that way!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;my ups person told me when USPS was in financial trouble UPS &amp;amp; others made a deal with government to give USPS a % of their daily deliveries for a price.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;It really hasnt been any issue for my deliveries - most the things I order from Q (or other networks) isn't something of priority &amp;amp; if a gift then for sure &lt;STRONG&gt;I don't order from Q (or other retailers)!&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I've had things in process for 4-6 days before shipping &amp;amp; have had to return I'm "smarter" now!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="book antiqua,palatino" size="4"&gt;I believe I read that the "hand-off" of pkgs from UPS to USPS is because the revenues of the USPS are DOWN and they have $$$vshortfalls due to large pension obligations.&amp;nbsp; Therefore, a deal was struck with UPS to bring in more $$$.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="book antiqua,palatino" size="4"&gt;IMO, the USPS will never be allowed to fail.&amp;nbsp; They will always be there to provide for their workers, past and present.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
