      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#003300"&gt;My order had been screwed up for 6 weeks with no resolution in sight. I had contacted Q customer care several times during this period by email &amp;amp; phone. I either got canned replies or no reply at all. &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#003300"&gt;Then I e-mailed social.team@qvc.com. In just 36 minutes I had a reply from Kim on the social team. She corrected the problem, and my order was shipped the next day and delivered 2 days later! &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#003300"&gt;I am very grateful for her help. The social team seems to be the way to go when orders need fixing. &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;That's really great that Kim was able to help you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't understand why QVC Social has the ability to do things that customer service can't seem to take care of?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
