The Insider - Please Help

I have been a customer since day one and I have called repeatedly over the years to receive The Insider. Why can't I get this?? I have a link that I saved that was sent from your dept. and that is what I have been using. But there is nothing like getting a hard copy, There are so many things that I cannot read on the email copy. Please let me know why, after spending a small fortune with the Q, I still cannot get a hard copy. I call and call, I get a lot of "don't worry, we will send it out to you" and nothing, nada, zilch happens. Thank you.

I still haven't got mine yet, I've been a cudtomer for over 25 yrs. Why can't I (we) get a simple magazine every month .? Hmmmm

Thanks for your message. Kathy had called me a couple of months ago to get my subscriptions all straightened out, so if you could pass this along to her I'd appreciate it.

However, as of yesterday's mail, Sept's InsideQ still has not arrived Could you pls re-resend it?

I'm sure the email link to October's issue will be released in the next day or two, so can you please make sure I get a hard copy of Oct's InsideQ as well?

9/18 UPDATE: I did NOT receive Oct's email link, nor can I access it from my Sept link like I've been able to do in the past.

I've received 2 copies of the insider!!! That's it!!! I just don't understand what the problem is about receiving it. It's just hit or miss.

I'm just the opposite, I prefer the email version, but I do get the get thge magazine in regular mail. I've ben ngiving that to my neighbor, I'm 56 but I'm definitely in to magnifying glass territory. The print version is a little difficult for me. I like the digital email version because, you can look through back issues, and I can pinch and zoom if I read it on my tablet, take a screen shot of something if I like and want to share it. Not really loving this November issue with MS on the cover, won't even mention her name, don't care for her, don't know why QVC feels they needed her.

I am in the same boat. I have been a qvc member since 1989 and have tried and tried to get subscribed to the insider to no avail.
