      <description>&lt;P&gt;And, they sent me a return label. And they've already credited my card even before I've returned the shoes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just saying that while QVC is actually pretty great about making it right when they get it wrong, this little bit of extra engenders all kinds of goodwill.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Something to consider.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I've had to push for one and ask for more when it was inadequate. It would be nice if QVC would learn that if they send you the wrong or an 'as is' item that they should go above and beyond to make it right.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="lucida sans unicode,lucida sans" color="#0000FF"&gt;In&amp;nbsp;the case you send it back, you have to be a hawk to make sure the original&amp;nbsp;S/H is credited and that you're&amp;nbsp;not charged for the return.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I ordered a pair of $55 Keen sandals for my 7 yr old last summer and they were not a good color for him. I called to exchange for another color and they told me I could go ahead and donate the Keen;s to someone or a charity and they would still send me my color of chouce. These were brand new! All free of course. I was shocked. I did donate the shoes and it was a win win situation. I have very high regard for Zappos.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
