      <title>Where Are My TWO Returned Packages?--UPDATE 10/15</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I am having one of those days. I returned a package with a QVC return label on 9/29/17 and another on 10/2/2017. I used the local post office to return. I have never had a problem with this post office in the past. Well, yesteday I checked the status on both returns and there is no information on either one.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I called CS &amp;nbsp;yesterday to see if they had any information on these items and they told me it looks like they may still be sitting at the post office.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I went to the post office this morning and neither show being scanned. The postal worker told me that I should have been given a receipt. I have NEVER been given a receipt for a pre paid label return. And I have never had a problem in all the years I have ever used the pre paid labels. So they stood their and told me they have no proof I even brought packages in. Are you kidding. They took the packages, so where are they? I don't have them, QVC apparently doesn't have them. I am so disgusted with USPS. Why can't they check their cameras? It would show I was in on these dates with a package and left with no package?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;QVC customer service said to wait at least 17 days. In the meantime I am going to report this to the Post Master. I don't hold out a lot of hope with them either.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Has this ever happened to any others here?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I sent back two packages about 3 weeks ago with the QVC return label.&amp;nbsp; I use at home pick up, so I never get a receipt either.&amp;nbsp; In the past,&amp;nbsp; I've had QVC contact me almost immediately letting me know they know my return is on the way, so I can only assume once the post office scans it, QVC is alerted.&amp;nbsp; This time, it took weeks before I received that notice, so I wonder if my returns just sat at the post office as well.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Don't get me going on the PO...I've not been a happy camper with them for years.&amp;nbsp; I hope your situation is resolved soon.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I also used to get an email once the PO scanned the item to let me know my item was being returned. This has stopped and I’m not sure why.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This whole return thing with QVC needs a serious overhaul!! A company this large should not have this many issues.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, yes, yes!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ALWAYS get a receipt!&amp;nbsp; Otherwise, how can you prove you turned it over to them?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Having said that...you are expecting way too much too fast!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If I use a label, it can take up to 3 weeks to get my refund.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It is not uncommon for my pkg. to sit at the post office up to 10 days b4 it is picked up by a THIRD PARTY shipper.&amp;nbsp; USPS does NOT return your package UNLESS you pay yourself.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you use the label....USPS turns it over to a different carrier.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It is not uncommon for ZERO return tracking info to be available for days!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have never had anything disappear, but I have waited a ridiculous amount of time for the entire process.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is this acceptable?&amp;nbsp; NO, NO, NO&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But this is what it is.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would be patient.&amp;nbsp; Don't forget their was a holiday in there as well.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Technically, it has only been about 5-6 working days since you brought it to the Post Office.&amp;nbsp; It takes much longer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So sorry for your frustration.&amp;nbsp; It truly is a pathetic system.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes!&amp;nbsp; I took a package to the post office and when they scanned the prepaid label they said it would not scan.&amp;nbsp; I had an idea why.&amp;nbsp; I was returning something that was an exchange for size.&amp;nbsp; The exchange was sent to me using the original order number. My guess was the prepaid label for the exchange was identical to the prepaid label I used for the original return and maybe that is why it wouldn't scan.&amp;nbsp; Anyway, I usually always request a receipt when I leave something at the post office, even an item with a prepaid label, for proof.&amp;nbsp; The post office said they could not give me a receipt because it wouldnt scan.&amp;nbsp; I knew I was in trouble.&amp;nbsp; I watched order status every day and when i clicked track return it would say unavailable.&amp;nbsp; I called c.s. after 10 days and was told the package was in Lancaster.&amp;nbsp; Order Status still saying Shipped.&amp;nbsp; I called again a few days later and was told the return was processed, however, order status still sayed Shipped.&amp;nbsp; I was told the return was processed manually.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I posted a remark on Customer Care forum and got an email that the return was being processed. Finally got an email saying the refund was processed so dont give up. It took over 2 weeks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Thank You to Eveyone who has responded to this Thread.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;First of all I just want to say that it's the tracking numbers that were never scanned at the Post Office. This has never happened to me. Also I have never received a receipt or offered one. I didn't even know you needed one to mail a pre-paid label item. &lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I made my visit to the post office this morning and the postal worker told me I have no proof of coming in with the packages. Wow. I couldn't believe that one. I've been doing business at this location for years and for her to tell me that was a mouth dropper. Don't they use cameras in the lobby and at the counter? She didn't respond to my question.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Well, I dropped them off there and now they are missing. &lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Thank Goodness for Cindy here at QVC. She is being a great help and responded to me from this thread. I realize the wait is 17 days, but when you drop a pre-paid package off to the post office an email is sent that the package was received. So for the first package it has been 10 days and no info. I just would like to know where the packages are.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/163772"&gt;@Leeny&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; -&amp;nbsp; I had a return about a month ago and used QVC's label.&amp;nbsp; My postman picked it up at my house and I watched him scan it.&amp;nbsp; I tried tracking it about a week later and it said something like status unavailable.&amp;nbsp; After 10 working days I tried again, still status unavailable, but the next day it had been received by QVC.&amp;nbsp; I don't know if the tracking is just slow to update or what, but it arrived safe and sound and I received my refund quickly.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was told packages do sit at the post office and then UPS picks up multiple items at once to ship back to QVC or that area.&amp;nbsp; I think everything will be okay, it's just slow shipping.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I always take my returns to the post office using the Q label and get a receipt.&amp;nbsp; I used to just drop the package off on the post office dock, but I read on this site of an issue with a return and that is the first time I heard about receipts.&amp;nbsp; That post got me thinking I don't want any return issues&amp;nbsp;so now to avoid any&amp;nbsp;issue, I take the package inside and get a receipt.&amp;nbsp; Our post office personnel are very efficient and friendly and I don't have any issues with returns or refunds - all works well so far.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
