      <title>I've only been receiving half of my return labels</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="georgia,palatino" size="3" color="#800080"&gt;Not sure if the missing part of the return label is to deter returns, but I've been noticing this since June. Now I have an item I'd like to return but all the detail including my name &amp;amp; the item Number was not included, so I have no official invoice with the attached return label.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I've had that happen on occasion.&amp;nbsp; Not sure why.&amp;nbsp; I always pay up front anyway and rarely will use the label except now since they offer the free exchanges.&amp;nbsp; I guess your only other option would be to call CS and have them mail you one.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My return labels are usually stuck, and I mean 'stuck' to the inside of the bag and trying to peel them out of the bag usually causes tears in the label...So frustrating !&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You can get your order number from your account online and just copy that information on a sheet of paper and insert it with your return. Any information they need can be found using your order number.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
