      <title>I do not receive any emails from QVC.  Why?????</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been a loyal customer for QVC since 1993.&amp;nbsp; I used to receive email notification when I ordered something, returned an item, an item was shipped, advance TSV notification with styling suggestions, and &lt;EM&gt;The Insider&lt;/EM&gt;.&amp;nbsp; I don't know why, but I no longer receive &lt;STRONG&gt;ANY&lt;/STRONG&gt; emails from QVC.&amp;nbsp; I have mentioned 3 times in the forums that I am not receiving the online version of &lt;EM&gt;The Insider.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/EM&gt;However, nothing is ever done to rectify the situation.&amp;nbsp; I really don't understand why this has happened.&amp;nbsp; I don't know if I have been removed from email notification, if there is an IT problem, or if there is a problem with my personal computer.&amp;nbsp; Please, will someone look into this.&amp;nbsp; I find it hard to believe that I am the only person this has happened to.&amp;nbsp; It is very frustrating.&amp;nbsp; I have to spend my time looking things up online to see if waitlist items have been shipped and if returns have been received.&amp;nbsp; Now, I must wait for my hard copy of &lt;EM&gt;The Insider &lt;/EM&gt;to arrive in the mail.&amp;nbsp; It is very frustrating.&amp;nbsp; All fo these problems have occurred slowly over time.&amp;nbsp; I would like to have the situation fixed.&amp;nbsp; Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sometimes the settings will default.&amp;nbsp; You may have had it checked so you receive all notifications and it glitches to no notifications.&amp;nbsp; Go over your account and check it again and make sure you go to the bottom of each page to submit it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Good luck&amp;nbsp;&lt;img id="womanhappy" class="emoticon emoticon-womanhappy" src="https://community.qvc.com/i/smilies/16x16_woman-happy.png" alt="Woman Happy" title="Woman Happy" /&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I have checked your account and it appears you did not check any of the boxes in your account preferences to receive emails from us. I have now checked them so you should start to see emails coming through.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As an FYI to everyone - October/November is usually a regulation mandated update to receiving emails so we send out a request to all enrolled if they wish to continue receiving emails (referred to as Opt In or Opt Out) if we do not receive a response the default will be opt out. Always a good idea to check under my account - email preferences.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you, Beth.&amp;nbsp; I have signed up for a number of things when there was a pop-up on the home page.&amp;nbsp; I have never received those either.&amp;nbsp; I will continue to monitor things.&amp;nbsp; I did not realize that you had to update what you want to receive annually.&amp;nbsp; I have never done that which probably explains why I have been dropped from receiving emails.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been a member since 1987 i used to get e mails all the time for the tsv .&amp;nbsp; About a yea&amp;nbsp; r ago i stopped getting my e-mails I called customer service and was told I was on the list they had the corect e-mail address.&amp;nbsp; Still don't gete-mails I gave up tryng to have them fix the problem.&amp;nbsp; I think their IT department doesn't know what they are doing More problems with QVC website then I care to try to have them fix. Calls fall on deaf ears&lt;/P&gt;</description>
